Most of our managers and directors in our leadership program are engineers, and they have enjoyed building bikes with the children immensely. We always get fantastic feedback from them about this event. This team building activity benefits from Pete and his staff being in the room, assisting the small teams, and providing advice, etc. Pete and his staff have been wonderfully professional, upbeat, and supportive of our program over the last 5 years-they’re great partners!
