LOCAL DELIVERY
Once we confirm the details, Bikes for Goodness Sake (BFGS) will order the bike kits and have them shipped directly to your specified location. We also work with a local bike shop to schedule the onsite mechanic for the event to check over the bikes and ensure their safety after they are assembled.
HIGH-QUALITY BICYLCLES
Finalize your order and get ready for the event set-up! BFGS sends you a quote for the bikes, helmets, and tools. We only offer bike-shop-quality bikes and helmets for these good kids—lightweight, high-quality aluminum bikes from a quality bike shop.
WHICH CHARITY?
Next, you will need to identify a local charity, or Title 1 School, to distribute the bikes; or if you need help identifying a charity, BFGS can provide you with some recommendations for local children’s organizations that we have worked with in the past.
HOW CHALLENGING?
Now simply decide on the type of event. You can choose a simple charity bike build or a more engaging event. We can advise you on programs for both. A simple bike build will take about an hour, but you can add more team building activities for participants for an even more memorable experience.
INCOMING SMILES
Now the best part, handing off the bikes to your chosen charity! And if you decide to engage a Title 1 school as your charity, you can even work with the kids to build the bikes for a heartwarming surprise for the children. Contact us to learn more about our Title 1 program.
